Hello and Welcome! My name is Kamber Pounds. Myself along with my awesome husband and three amazing children are the caregivers here at Pounds Puppies Poodles. Beautiful, healthy, well rounded Small Standard Poodles, are what we aim for. We are a home-based breeder located in sunny Southern California. We enjoy year-round activities with our dogs like hiking, mountain biking, camping, swimming or just strolling around the neighborhood.

All of our dogs are members of our family living in our home, never in kennels. Our puppies are born in our clean, puppy friendly home and are given the best to help them grow up to be strong healthy members of your family. They are handled daily from birth and given lots of love, socialization and gentle training by means of following Good Dog/Avidog and Puppy Culture protocols from birth till they leave us at around 9 weeks. All of our puppy parents have wonderful temperaments, have been thoroughly health screened, OFA (Orthopedic Foundation for Animals) certified, have CHIC (Canine Health Information Center) numbers, genetically tested and up to date on all health records.

We understand that bringing home a bouncing new Poodle is exciting and rewarding however it also requires work, regular training, and grooming, with plenty of love and patience. We are happy to answer any questions you may have so you feel completely ready to bring home and raise your new family member. When you take home one of our amazing Poodle puppies you become part of our dog family. As a result, we offer a lifetime of breeder support and are always happy to answer questions  or help where we can. Plus, we absolutely love to hear about how the pups are doing, get updates and pics as often as possible.
