This fee will hold the puppy until it is 9 weeks old and is ready for pickup. At that time the remaining balance as indicated below will be due. *

If remaining balance is not paid within 5 days of the agreed upon pickup date it will void this agreement and $500 fee will be forfeited. Seller will be free of any further obligation to Buyer. If said puppy is unavailable due to illness, accident or does not pass a vet exam Seller will apply the fee to another puppy, litter or give a refund (Buyers choice).

Before making your final decision we would like you to consider and acknowledge a few important factors to help you make a well informed choice.

Please keep in mind that a puppy's coloring can, and most likely will, continue to change as they grow. Additionally, while we provide an estimate of their final size based on their current growth and genetics, it is only an estimate and not a guarantee. We do our best to provide as much information as possible, but every puppy is unique in their development! *

At Pounds Puppies Poodles, we make every effort to ensure the well-being of your puppy through a highly nutritious raw diet, age-appropriate dewormings, and vaccinations. Despite our best efforts, the stress of transition can affect their immune system. By agreeing to welcome your puppy, you also commit to providing the necessary treatment and care, which may involve a visit to the vet along with any associated costs *

We appreciate your understanding that all puppies come with abundant energy and require a considerable amount of training, exercise, and love. It's common for them to be a bit mouthy during their puppy phase, but this should not be mistaken for aggression. Puppies have a natural inclination to chew and dig, and meeting these needs with appropriate mental and physical stimulation is essential. We ask that you conduct your own research, utilizing positive reinforcement in training, and, if necessary, seek assistance from a professional trainer to ensure the well-being of your puppy. *
