Puppy Pick Agreement - Pounds Puppies Poodles

To secure your position in selecting a puppy, a non-refundable "puppy pick" fee of $200 is required. This fee ensures your place in the selection order, determined by the time we receive it. Shortly after it is received, we will notify you of your designated spot number. Everyone, including you, will choose in the order of the puppy pick list and can choose any of the puppies available to them at their time of choosing. Once puppies are old enough and a selection has been made an additional non-refundable "puppy hold" fee of $300 is required to reserve your chosen puppy. Both the puppy pick and hold fees, totaling $500, will be credited towards the final purchase price of the selected puppy.

1. This puppy pick fee is non-refundable unless we do not have a puppy of your chosen preference and from the litter you indicated at the time you made the payment. In that case, you may ask that your holding fee be returned, or ask for the fee to be held for a future planned litter.

2. The puppy pick fee will apply towards the final purchase price of the puppy.

3. Once puppies are old enough and your final selection has been made, an additional non-refundable holding fee of $300 will be due and payable.
