If you have decided on a puppy please fill out the Puppy Application form and once we have reviewed it (usually within 24 hours) we will contact you. Don’t worry, there is no commitment at this point. The Puppy Application does not hold the puppy but merely expresses your interest in one of our dogs, it is the first step. Puppies cannot be held without a signed “puppy hold” agreement and the $500 fee paid.

If the puppy is born but not yet ready to leave and your Puppy Application has been approved we ask for a $500 NON-REFUNDABLE puppy hold fee. This will be applied to the final purchase price of the puppy. Please read the terms on the Puppy Hold agreement before signing. We accept Cash App (no fees),  Zelle and of course cash.

If you are interested in a puppy that is born but not old enough to place a hold on, and your application has been approved, we ask for a $200 NON-REFUNDABLE “puppy pick” fee. This fee ensures your place in the selection order, determined by the time we receive it. Shortly after it is received, we will notify you of your designated spot number. Please read the terms on the Puppy pick agreement prior to signing. As the puppies grow and are ready for final picks, an additional non-refundable “puppy hold” fee of $300 is required to reserve your chosen puppy. The total $500 deposit will be applied to the final purchase price of the puppy. We accept Cash App (no fees),  Zelle and of course cash.

When the puppy is nine (9) weeks old we will require the remaining balance and the signing of the Health Guarantee agreement. This can be done at the time of pickup but we ask that you read the contract prior to pickup so if you have any questions we can answer them and you have a full understanding of the Health Guarantee terms. If you are unable to pickup your puppy at 9 weeks we still require balance of full purchase price but we can hold your puppy for up to an additional week upon approval. We accept Cash App (no fees),  Zelle and of course cash.

We are located in Southern California so if you live outside the area we can provide a puppy nanny service that will fly with your puppy inside the cabin to your location. The fee is $200-$400 plus the cost of the ticket and carry on fee which is typically around $150. If you choose to fly here, we can meet you at Ontario International Airport (ONT) for a fee of $100.
